Just in time to sabotage your resolution to eat healthy and goto the gym. Why do that when you can indulge in pies and whiskey at Butter & Scotch, or transport to Tokyo’s East side for some street food inspired dishes.

1. Bricolage

Where: 162 Fifth Ave, Park Slope
Situated in the former Brooklyn Fish camp space, Bricolage’s menu will feature a modern take on Vietnamese dishes.

2. Butter & Scotch
When: January 24th, 2015
Where: 818 Franklin Ave, Crown Heights
Butter & Scotch has combined desserts and booze to create a match made in heaven.

3. Ganso Yaki
When: Early 2015
Where: 515 Atlantic Ave, Boerum Hill
Street food inspired by pushcart vendors and “gardo shita” mom and pop shops of Tokyo’s East side.

4. Faro
When: Late January 2015
Where: 436 Jefferson st, Bushwick
A new twist on Italian classics, using New York State einkorn wheat as well as responsibly sourced animals and hearty grains.

5. Llama Inn
When: March 2015
Where: 50 Withers st, Williamsburg
This new Peruvian joint will be serving up ceviche, thinly sliced raw fish, and sashimi.
