One of our simple, but favorite dishes are the scrambled eggs. Every day, delivered fresh, our master chefs crack and scramble them by hand - much different from other hotels who reheat pre-scrambled eggs.
The most popular dish with our guests by far is the turkey sausage with french toast. Since it's so high in demand, we've got a recipe for french toast that you can make to tide you over until you can taste them here yourself:
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 slices bread
Maple syrup or cinnamon-sugar
In a shallow bowl, beat eggs; add the milk, sugar, vanilla and salt. Soak bread for 30 seconds on each side. Cook on a greased hot griddle until golden brown on both sides and cooked through. Serve with syrup or cinnamon-sugar. Yield: 2 servings.
